1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using voitrip's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. voitrip is operated by GlobalisTMS OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

2. Booking and Payment

• •All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• •Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise specified
• •Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking
• •We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and voitrip Wallet balance

3. Cancellation Policy

• •Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• •50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup
• •No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup
• •Refunds may be issued to voitrip Wallet or original payment method

4. Service Providers

voitrip acts as an intermediary between customers and transport providers. While we carefully vet all our partners, the transport service is provided by independent operators. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• •Provide accurate booking information
• •Be present at the pickup location on time
• •Present valid identification when requested
• •Comply with driver instructions and local regulations
• •Report any issues within 24 hours of service completion

6. Liability

voitrip's liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. All transport providers carry appropriate insurance as required by local regulations.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
